Pricing

Swave offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, the cost is 6.99 euros per week. Cancel anytime.

All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Swave and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

• You agree not to use the app in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app.
• Use the app for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
